What is the Low Calorie Meal (LCML) on United Airlines?
I was curious what the Low Calorie Meal (LCML) special meal option on United Airlines actually contains, and couldn't find much online. Even the United flight attendants didn't know what it was - they offered to look it up, but even on their own systems it only had a very generic description.
So here's the (bizarrely coconut yoghurt heavy) answer:
Dinner

Chicken and chickpeas (with some long stem broccoli underneath), artichoke salad (dressing on the side), berries and coconut yoghurt, yellow beetroot and lentils and coconut yoghurt, split top bread roll and palm oil buttery spread.
Breakfast

Egg and tomato and boiled potatoes and spinach, strawberries and pineapple and blackberries and blueberries, coconut yoghurt, split top bread roll and palm oil buttery spread.
